LotRO Shadows of Angmar Book 12 Released/Video Dev Diary

Turbine and Codemasters Online have announced the launch of Book 12: The Ashen Wastes, the latest free content update for LotRO Shadows of Angmar. Book 12 will introduce two new avatar customization features, the Outfit System and the Barbershops, as well as a revamp of many Angmar quests. A video dev diary has been added in download area.
