Lighthouse Interactive today announced that VSTEP is developing New Horizons, an add-on to Ship Simulator 2008 due to be available on March 22, 2008 in the UK and Scandinavia - release dates for other European countries and North-America are to be determined. New Horizons offers new highly realistic environments and adds eight new vessels for your sailing pleasure. It also includes 20 all new missions and free roaming multiplayer mode. The add-on will require the original game to run and will automatically upgrade any version of Ship Simulator 2008 with all previous updates and patches.
