  • October 9, 2002 - Toronto, Canada - Global Star Software, a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive (NASDAQ: TTWO), has begun shipping their all-new multi-player trivia challenge, Brianstorm: The Game Show for the PC platform. Brainstorm: The Game Show adheres to the classic 60's gameshow format in it's presentation of over 6500 trivia questions that range across 6 categories and varying levels of difficulty. Players face off in 4 game modes, either against variable levels of sophisticated AI, or up to 5 other players in Multiplayer mode. But what sets Brainstorm: The Game Show apart from the standard is the constant hilarity and classic gameshow fun. Players trade barbs and jeers along with the virtual studio audience, and the over-the-top game show host's exagerated speechcraft will keeps players in stitches regardless of the score. Brainstorm: The Game Show was developed by InterActive Vision, and hits stores this month across North America at an expected price of $19.99. It has been rated "E for Everyone" by the ESRB.
