Turbine sent us new screenshots from Book 12: The Ashen Wastes, the latest free content update for LotRO Shadows of Angmar, now available for its subscribers. Book 12 introduces two new avatar customization features, the Outfit System and the Barbershops, as well as a revamp of many Angmar quests.
