Turbine and Codemasters Online have released a new update for LotRO Shadows of Angmar, patching up to Book 12 from Book 11. Book 12: The Ashen Wastes introduces two new avatar customization features, the Outfit System and the Barbershops, as well as a revamp of many Angmar quests.
