Koei today released a trailer and new screens from the Xbox 360 and Playstation 2 versions of Samurai Warriors 2 Xtreme Legends. For the Xbox 360, the new content will be distributed via Xbox LIVE Marketplace on March 21st and features brand new levels, play modes, characters and challenges. The original characters will get new charge attacks together with a fifth new weapon and an increase in their growth level from 50 to 70. Players are also able to use the brand new SW2 XL characters in SW2’s Survival, Story and Sugaroku modes. A PS2 standalone game with the same title will also be released the same day.
