Cosmi Ignites New PC Game Division Rancho Dominguez, Calif., November 22, 2002 – Cosmi Corporation, a 20-year-old designer/publisher of computer software, announces the creation of a new games division, Ignition Entertainment. The new division will concentrate on mass-market entertainment software for the PC with retail prices under $20. All games can be played on Windows 98 or higher and are XP-compatible. Industry research indicates that "hard core" gamers, who are willing to pay $40–$60 for a program, have switched to the new generation console platforms, and, therefore, the PC game market has been dwindling. Cosmi’s approach of combining high quality with budget pricing is intended to "ignite" the casual gamer who is looking for real value and performance.
