Wii Fit NA Release and Pricing Details Revealed
Since its launch in Japan on December 1st 2007, Wii Fit has already sold in excess of 1.4 million units to date
Nintendo announced that Wii Fit will be released across North America on May 19th, priced $89.99. Wii Fit has been designed to be enjoyed by the whole family, encouraging family members as a whole to discuss the topic of fitness and take an active interest in understanding their own fitness in a fun and entertaining way, all in the comfort of their own home. Wii Fit comes bundled with the Wii Balance Board, a pressure sensitive, wireless balance board that goes on the floor - so someone can stand on it in front of the TV. It senses weight and shift in balance in any direction and therefore by standing on the Wii Balance Board during activities allows players to follow along to movements ensuring they have full control of the on-screen activities.
