NCsoft today released a new dev diary for Midnight Hour, covering the story behind the twelfth expansion to the City of Heroes/Villains universe. Senior Designer and writer Joe Morrissey explains how he helped design and write the story for City of Heroes Issue 12: Midnight Hour which will be available this Spring (check full story for details).
