Avalon Style Entertainment today announced an agreement to license the Unreal Engine 3 from Epic Games to develop the latest installment in its 4x4 Off Road off-road driving simulation series for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. 4x4 Off Road III (international title - Off Road Drive) will be published by 1C Company.
