Activision and
Infinity Ward have issued a new patch for
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, updating to v1.6 this popular first person sequel (thanks:
nVidia). This patch includes four new maps (Creek, Chinatown, Broadcast, and Killhouse), hardcore and oldschool server browser filters, as well as a fix for a Denial of Service attack. The PC demo can be found
here. In related news, Activision also announced that more than 10 million copies of the game have been sold worldwide, with the Xbox 360 version dominating the sales figures.
