Realtime Worlds today announced that Chris 'Ulric' Dye has joined their team as Community Relations Manager for All Points Bulletin (APB), an urban-themed massively multiplayer online game (MMOG) under development in the company's Dundee studio. All Points Bulletin is a turf war involving two main factions, the Squads, whose goal is to uphold the law, and the Gangs, who seek to break the law at all costs. Players will be able to choose their side, in a classic good guy versus bad guy scenario. A couple of new concept art found their way to our gallery.
