Hands-On Mobile has announced it has signed a deal with Austrian developer XENDEX GmbH to publish the mobile version of the internet hit Icy Tower in EMEA, Latin America and South East Asia. Icy Tower is an addictive Jump 'n' Run game which, as a free to download web game, has become a global internet phenomenon with more than 10 million downloads.
