Korean development studio EYEDENTITY Games today announced Dragon Nest, a fantasy action multi-player online role-playing game (MORPG) scheduled for commercial release in worldwide markets in 2009. In Dragon Nest, assuming the role of Heroes of the world of Lagendia, players seek an antidote to save the poisoned Goddess Altea. Facing countless dangers, including a landscape overrun by throngs of deadly dragons, the Heroes must call upon their strength, speed and cunning - and even discover ways to morph into dragons themselves - to defeat the mightiest of the dragons, protect the sacred territories and save Altea. Dragon Nest will enter beta testing in Korea in late 2008, and will roll out the service to other markets around the globe beginning 2009.
