Atlus U.S.A. has announced that Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2, a medical drama simulation developed for the Nintendo DS, has shipped to retail across North America. In Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2, you will rejoin Derek and Angie as they deal with the unpredictable aftereffects of GUILT.
