Campaign for Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath Mod SDK
An official Mod SDK is absolutely required for mods
Several C&C fansites have begun a public campaign for a Kane's Wrath Mod SDK. Electronic Arts announced they are preparing the second patch but there are currently no plans to release a Mod SDK for Kane's Wrath. Details can be found here. Thanks: CNC Generals World.
