Electronic Arts officially confirmed that Battlefield Heroes, an all-new Play 4 Free cartoon-style shooter previously scheduled for summer 2008, will be released in 2009. Developed by DICE in Stockholm, Battlefield Heroes features a built-in matchmaking system to ensure that players of equal skill are paired together for fair play.
