As expected (story), Digital Extremes has now released the Unreal Tournament 2003 Bonus Pack. The pack includes six new maps, and is available as a umod version (for those who have already installed the 2166 patch) or as a zip file (for all the others).

The Bonus Pack from Digital Extremes includes 6 all-new maps: 3 deathmatch, 2 CTF and 1 Bombing Run.
The umod version should only be downloaded if you have the 2166 patch and are not running a dedicated server-only version of UT2K3.
The .zip file should work well for everyone.
