Sony Computer Entertainment has revealed that the SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Confrontation public beta deploys in September. Those of you who purchased Episode 1 of Qore (or subscribed) will join the fray Monday, September 8th. Those of you that pre-order the full game can get started a week earlier. Visit the official website of the game for details. SOCOM U.S. Navy SEALs Confrontation gives players the opportunity to battle against the best and brightest from the U.S., Europe and Asia. Additionally, players will be able to modify their appearance through facial and physical customization. The game features seven North African environments, including a 32-player version of the most popular SOCOM map of all time "Crossroads". SOCOM U.S. Navy SEALs Confrontation is developed by Slant Six Games and will hit the store shelves on September 16th, exclusively for PS3.
