(Nasdaq: IFGM - News) baits the hook for anglers who dream of catching the big one with the most realistic fishing game, Pro Bass Fishing 2003, shipping today for Windows® PCs. The game is a challenging and highly accurate bass-fishing simulation complete with real bass-fishing locations, authentic bass behavior and changing weather and water conditions, and complete personal customization for the ultimate virtual fishing experience. Pro Bass Fishing 2003 allows players to create the perfect rig set up, head out to ten different lakes, compete in tournaments and discover the perfect conditions for landing up to twenty-five different species of fish. Players can set out for a day of leisurely fishing or compete in simulated pro fishing tournaments against tough AI anglers. A "Fishing Trip" is an untimed trip to any lake to fish or practice tournament tactics and strategy. Players customize their trip by selecting the lake, season and weather and water conditions for prime fishing. In tournament play, the computer selects opponents and weather conditions, while the player determines the lake, season, species and number of days of the tournament. Players need to beat the conditions, clock and competition to catch the five biggest fish each day. "We are proud to introduce Pro Bass Fishing 2003 to our already robust outdoor sports franchise," said Laura Campos, director of brand marketing for Infogrames. "This game provides exceptional realism with a sophisticated look that delivers a fun and authentic experience for both fishing fans and outdoor enthusiasts alike." Pro Bass Fishing 2003 allows skillful players build a career season of up to six linked pro bass tournaments. The game also supports multiplayer action over LAN or online through GameSpy Arcade. Players choose between relaxed, open-ended fishing trips or competitive timed tournaments.
