GameTap has announced that two more games, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory and Ocean Express, have been added to its network's massive library of current and classic console, arcade, PC and original titles. At 144 games total, the selection of completely free-to-play games includes Fallout and now Tomb Raider: Anniversary (one week only).
