First Urban Rivals Art Star Contest Character Revealed

Boostr today revealed the the first character who won the Art Star Contest this summer. Tula is a fast, silent swimmer armed with lethal drills she uses to puncture the hull of boats and ships to protect the clan and plunder their foes. At level one Tula sports a fetching bikini and two light-weight drills, at level two she returns in a wetsuit with a steam punk inspired master drill for the larger ships that need to be sunk.
