Valve today announced that Fallout 3 has been released via Steam, in North, South and Central America. In Fallout 3, you will create any kind of character you want and explore the open wastes of post-apocalyptic Washington, D.C. Every minute will be a fight for survival as you encounter Super Mutants, Ghouls, Raiders, and other dangers of the Wasteland.
