The combination of Tecmo and Koei would create a company with more than 40 billion yen in annual sales
KOEI Warriors is reporting that KOEI and Tecmo will be officially merged together on April 1, 2009. The company name will be called KOEI-TECMO Holdings. Thanks: Andreas.
