[1.4.1d] Technology - Energy regeneration uses slightly less bandwidth. - Certain shots use slightly less bandwidth. - Data packets smaller to reduce client "desyncing". - Server uses less CPU. - Projectile update rates are smoother. - Client/Server more sensitive to correcting lost packets and "desyncs". DETAILS - Tenacity has new saving throws calculations. - Tenacity can now have up to 99% saving throw. Weapons General - Thrown magic weapons no longer stun opponents. - Dexterity-to-distance penality increased for all lock-on (homing) weapons. Skills General - Ward and Ion Barrier down time increased from 7.5 to 10 seconds. Mage - Frostbolt primary-fire "drunkness" now depends on Dexterity. - Fireball alt-fire downgraded to a Type II Warhead & Explosive Android - Phalanx primary fire velocity increase 66.66%. Assassin - Wraithblade Daggers have a 50% velocity increase. - Wraithblade Daggers "air-burst" mode has greater detection radius. - Wraithblade Daggers have a 33.33% damage increase. - Vorpal Crossbow primary shot has a 50% damage increase. - Vorpal Crossbow has increased ROF. UI - Secondary Objectives changed to explain how to use skills. - Players are explained how to repair the Portal and reduce respawn time when in observer. - Selecting weapons now tells you how to access your player stats by push the F1 key. - "All skills" text now fix better in the box especially the really long skill names. - Various typos fixed.
