To get all improved features, you have to start a new game
Electronic Arts has released a patch for FIFA Manager 09 which includes, among other things, a high quantity of new blocks for text-mode, an improved 3D-game and a database-update (press 'read more' for changelog). Thanks: The Patches Scrolls. A playable demo is locally mirrored here.
