Vulcando Games today announced they are accepting applications for the upcoming closed beta test of Celetania which will start on January 9th, 2009. Celetania is a client based MMOG (Massive Multiplayer Online Game) in which ongoing simulations of many galaxies are realized and the players are the master of their own empire.
