KOEI has announced that Nobunaga's Ambition: Iron Triangle, a historical simulation game produced by Kou Shibusawa, has reached Gold status and is due to hit the store shelves across North America on January 27th, exclusively for PS2. In Nobunaga's Ambition: Iron Triangle, video gamers can step into the role of Feudal Japan's most powerful warlords and turn this magnificent vision of unification into a reality. Covering the entire country, with over 60 castles and 30 port towns, all of the game's planning, diplomacy, construction, and warfare take place on an expansive 3D map; a first for the series. Players can also maintain complete camera control to monitor the real-time development of each region or town, and to monitor the field and naval battles which they command in real-time.
