Sony Computer Entertainment today announced that the number of registered accounts on PlayStation Network worldwide has exceeded 20 million as of February 20, 2009, with just 5 million accounts just a year ago. More than 4 million users joined Home in under two months, while Life with PlayStation is used by 2.6 million. There are 380 million downloads from PSN (including free content) and sales through PSN have reached 180 million USD as of February 2009. As of December 2008, PlayStation 3 has sold 21.3 million units, while PSP reached 50 million units in January 2009.
