Killer Bee Software Announces Empire Deluxe Internet Edition has Gone Gold May 2nd, 2003 - Killer Bee Software has announced today that it has "Gone Gold" with Empire Deluxe Internet Edition, the revival of the classic turn-based strategy game - Empire Deluxe. The game will be available for Credit Card or Mail Order purchase on May 7th at http://killerbeesoftware.com. “It’s a very exciting time, for many people have waited a decade for this. It feels like a new beginning.” says Mark Kinkead, owner of Killer Bee Software. “Empire Deluxe can now be played head-to-head over the Internet and on modern day Microsoft Windows Operating systems. It has truly entered the new century.” Killer Bee Software acquired the rights to Empire Deluxe along with The Perfect General late in 2002. Empire Deluxe Internet Edition is Killer Bee Software’s first release. The Perfect General Internet Edition is scheduled for release in August 2003.
