Ubisoft and Midway have announced that composer Rod Abernethy and Rednote Audio are involved in the production of the score for Wheelman, the open-world driving game starring action-film Vin Diesel as an expert driver for hire. To enhance the experience of over-the-top car chases in the winding streets of Barcelona, Rod Abernethy and Rednote Audio created the majority of the game's intense hybrid score blending Flamenco guitars, modern electronica and hi-octane orchestral music into a heart-pounding audio experience that matches the gameplay and on-screen sequences. Wheelman will hit the store shelves across North America on March 24, for PC, Xbox 360, and PS3.
