Sony Online Entertainment has released new screenshots from DC Universe Online, showcasing Solomon Grundy. He is part zombie and part plant, a bizarre, centuries-old half-human life form filled with confused anger. At times he is a rampaging monster, at others a calculating and coldblooded villain. Solomon Grundy’s enhanced strength makes him a threat even to the DC Universe’s strongest heroes. As an immortal, massive blows or injuries can’t kill or hurt him – afterwards, he simply regenerates to rise again. Solomon Grundy has been seen in swamps, sewers, and abandoned buildings in both Metropolis and Gotham City. Developed by the SOE Austin studio team in collaboration with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Comics' top talent led by Executive Creative Director Jim Lee, DC Universe Online will let players create their own customized super hero or villain and wield amazing powers in the name of good or evil as they write their own chapter in the fabled DC Universe.
