As you may know, the Hellgate London server has closed in January 2009. Now, Hanbitsoft is trying to open the servers for Europe and North America again. They are also developing new content. The only thing that keeps them away from doing that is Namco Bandai which has the publishing rights for NA/EU, so HanbitSoft can't reopen the servers.
