NCsoft Announces City of Heroes Issue 15: Anniversary

NCsoft has announced that Paragon Studios is developing the next content update for City of Heroes, named Issue 15: Anniversary. This update will bring fans a host of new features and content including much greater options and more usability for the Mission Architect game system. Issue 15: Anniversary features new mission options for both Villains and Heroes, as well as new costumes and faces.
