Square Enix announced the 2009 PAL release for Puzzle Bobble Galaxy and Space Invaders Extreme 2, two new titles developed for the Nintendo DS and based on TAITO franchises. Puzzle Bobble Galaxy is a match-three arcade puzzle game starring Bub and Bob dinosaur brothers from the popular Bubble Bobble game, while Space Invaders Extreme 2 combines the essence of the original game with futuristic graphic design, cutting-edge audio, overhauled gameplay details, and a whole new range of power-ups. Puzzle Bobble Galaxy will be released this summer, while Space Invaders Extreme 2 arrives this autumn.
