KONAMI KRAZY RACERS CONFIRMED AS A LAUNCH TITLE FOR NINTENDO'S GAME BOY® ADVANCE
Redwood City, California - March 23, 2001 - The first kart racing game for the Game Boy® Advance will be Konami Krazy Racers, Konami of America announced today. Highlighting the processing power of the Game Boy® Advance, Konami Krazy Racers is scheduled to ship nationally in June 2001. Featuring four different game modes and sixteen challenging circuits, Konami Krazy Racers will keep players of all levels racing for hours on end. Konami Krazy Racers will be available at the launch of the GBA for a suggested retail price of $39.99.

Enhanced graphics and outstanding handling designed specifically for Nintendo's new videogame system allows players to feel the game's high-energy kart racing action. Players will race through the sixteen action-packed tracks with eight favorite Konami characters including Castlevania's Dracula and Ninja from the Metal Gear series. Racers can collect coins to upgrade their car, unlock hidden courses and speed by opponents on their way to the checkered flag! The game also features linked 2-player compatibility, four play modes (Grand-Prix, Time Attack, Free-Run and Mini-Battle) and three difficulty settings to increase gameplay options and extend replay value. Konami Krazy Racers has been rated E for Everyone by the Entertainment Software Rating Board.
