Despite several days left before the official announcement, a leak has revealed that the new title is Final Fantasy Gaiden for the DS
Destructoid reports that Japan's Weekly Jump magazine has already leaked that their new title is Four Warriors of Light: Final Fantasy Gaiden for the Nintendo DS. The general premise is a fourteen year old boy is summoned by a king to rescue the princess.
Considering the title and the premise, the game could be a re-imagining of the original Final Fantasy. The game will have a traditional menu-based combat system, only magic points will be replaced by a "charge" system.
Now to see if Square-Enix will drop the tease or not.
