Electronic Arts announced today that Battlefield 1943 is now available on Xbox LIVE Marketplace and will be released tomorrow on PlayStation Network, priced 1200 MS Points and $15 respectively - the PC version is scheduled for this September. Powered by the Frostbite engine, Battlefield 1943 offers 24 player multiplayer action over four classic and tropic locations: Wake Island, Guadalcanal, Iwo Jima and Coral Sea.
