Electronic Arts today announced that Battlefield Heroes, a cartoon-style shooter that will be available for free later this year, has already recruited one million players to sign up for the game. Developed by DICE in Stockholm, Battlefield Heroes features a built-in matchmaking system to ensure that players of equal skill are paired together for fair play. A new trailer is now available.
