Borderlands, an action sci-fi shooter game in the works at Gearbox Software, will hit the store shelves in North America on October 20th and in the UK on October 23rd, 2K Games announced. Developed for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3, Borderlands promises to deliver life-like character animations, impressive real-time physics, customizable vehicles, as well as near-endless variety in missions, environments, enemies, weapons, item drops and character customization.
