Paradox Interactive has unveiled the launch of four pre-order promotions for the upcoming WWII strategy title Hearts of Iron 3. Gamers who pre-order the game will receive an exclusive offer from each of the major digital distribution portals. Unique pre-order packs are available on GamersGate, Steam, Impulse and Direct2Drive. The third installment in Hearts of Iron series is scheduled for August 7th 2009.
