Battlefront.com has announced that Histwar: Les Grognards will be available for download at the end of summer (Q3/2009) through its website - the boxed version (CD and manual) will be delivered 4-6 weeks later in a special Limited Premium Edition with a fully printed manual (~250 pages). HistWar: Les Grognards is a strategic and tactical war game which puts players into the role of the Commander In Chief of one of the many powerful Napoleonic armies between the years 1805 -1814. The game can be played in real time and will offer a full 3D view mode with over 50,000 animated soldiers on the battlefield, environmental effects such as, rain, fog, snow and smoke, as well as Internet, LAN and PBEM multiplayer modes.
