Ubisoft today announced they have acquired Nadeo, the developers behind the Trackmania franchise. Trackmania has 700,000 unique players a month, there are almost 15 million custom tracks created since 2008 and it is also the first eSport franchise for racing games. The latest title in the series, Trackmania 2, was announced two weeks ago in Paris.
