1. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Windows 98/Me/2000/XP
Pentium III 800 Mhz
128MB RAM
3D accelerated video card with 16MB and OpenGL support
1.2 GB Free Hard disk space
DirectX 9.0

CD-ROM 4X or higher

2. INSTALLING NEXAGON DEATHMATCH

STEP 1
======
Please close any running programs, especially any antivirus software
and screensavers.
STEP 2

1. Double-click on Setup.exe
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to launch the game.

3. SPECIAL DEMO NOTES
================================
The Nexagon Demo only includes 2 Army types - the Tekhan and Ghandros.
There is a pre-created team for each type so that you can jump right
into the game.
There are 3 enemies teams included for you to play against, again
only Tekhan and Ghandros hordes.
The demo also only includes 2 maps.
Multiplayer is available in the demo.
To play the tutorial, you need to create a new team. When you do, you
will be prompted to play the tutorial match.
The final version will have 4 army types and many more maps.

4. TROUBLESHOOTING
==================
Video Problems
==============
Most video display problems can be corrected by installing the latest
reference drivers for your particular video card. Please consult your
video card documentation for details on how to get the latest drivers
for your card.
If you are using a custom cursor, especially with shadow, it may cause video corruption. We strongly recommend disabling custom cursors while playing Nexagon Deathmatch.
We strongly recommend using standard resolutions with a 4:3 aspect ratio (e.g., 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, or 1280x1024) in HighColor or TrueColor mode. Remember: the higher the resolution, the slower the game will be.
Sound & Audio Problems
======================
Most sound card problems can be corrected by installing the latest
drivers for your particular card. Please consult your sound card
documentation for details on how to get the latest drivers for your card.
If your system does not play audio tracks or plays them incorrectly
(e.g., too fast or too slow) you can try reinstalling Microsoft's
Windows Media Player, which is responsible for audio track decompression.

5. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

If you are experiencing difficulties getting the game to run,
please try the following:
- Please verify that your system meets the minimum system requirements.
- Obtain the latest drivers for your video and sound card.
- Obtain the latest version of DirectX at
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx
- Get latest game updates at http://www.strategyfirst.com/en/downloads
- Run Scandisk and defrag your drive.

1. From the Start Menu, Press Run.
2. Type DXDIAG.exe and press enter.
3. Once the application has finished analysing, press "Save all
Information".
4. A file called DXDIAG.txt should be created and saved to your desktop.
5. Attach the DXDIAG.txt file to your message.
