Merscom has announced the development of Diagnosis Murder, a casual game for the PC and Macintosh based on the classic television series. The Diagnosis Murder TV show ran for four seasons, 178 episodes, from 1993-1997. It starred Dick Van Dyke as Dr. Mark Sloan, a medical doctor who solves crimes with the help of his son, a homicide detective played by his real-life son Barry Van Dyke. In the game, the player is a young doctor who helps Dr. Sloan solve a series of murders. The game uses classic hidden object gameplay coupled with adventure elements.
