New PC Game Captain Scarlet: Retaliation, launch delayed until 14th November 2003. ...but Producer’s Edition available to order now! 11 September 2003 - Batfish Studios announces a delay in the launch of Captain Scarlet: Retaliation until Friday 14th November 2003. Die hard Captain Scarlet fans can order a pre-release Producer’s Edition now though. This will be shipped prior to the game’s release in November. A limited run of 500 Producer’s Editions will be made and will consist of the Captain Scarlet: Retaliation CD in a metal Spectrum CD film case, a numbered Producer’s Edition box, a Captain Scarlet commemorative stamp cover signed by Gerry Anderson, creator of the series, and a set of design development drawings from the creation of the game, signed by the artist. Owners of the Producer’s Edition will also be named in the credits on the game itself, providing a unique provenance for this collector’s item. And a playable demo of the game will be available prior to release for all Producer’s Edition owners. The Producer’s Edition will only be on sale until October 24th, priced at £39.95.
