Joymax has released the client of Legend III - Roc Mountain client, a new chapter in the Silkroad Online saga which gives players the capability to test their mettle in massive weekly battles, fighting for dominance of the many cities lining the historic Silk Road. Silkroad Online is a MMORPG where the European, Chinese and Islam fantasy worlds come together. The episode-pattern scenario is written in the background of mythologies and legends of a lot of countries including Xiyouji, Arabian Night's Entertainment and Greek mythology. Legend III - Roc Mountain Client will be launched on May 20th.

Valve has announced that Sam & Max: Season 2 is now available on Steam for just $34.99, and the Season 1 and 2 complete sets are available in a collection for $59.99. To celebrate the launch of Season 2, all of Telltale's Sam & Max episodes are available for 10% of their regular price during for the first week of Season 2's availability on Steam. In other Steam news, Assassin's Creed is being offered for 20% off its regular price this weekend, and today the following titles were added to Steam: Iron Man (Sega), Soldier of Fortune: Payback (Activision), Monster Jam (Activision), History Channel: Battle for the Pacific (Activision) and Cabela's Trophy Bucks (Activision).

Capcom sent us new screenshots from Lost Planet: Extreme Condition Colonies Edition, illustrating this expansion which extends the original game by delivering fresh new content and gameplay options, as well as online cross-platform play between both the Xbox 360 and Windows-based PCs using Xbox LIVE and Games for Windows - LIVE. Lost Planet: Extreme Condition Colonies features three new modes for single-player campaign, and a host of new maps, characters, weapons and online modes. Space Chimps Trailer

Brash Entertainment has released a trailer from Space Chimps, a game based on the animated film of the same name produced by Vanguard Animation and presented by Starz Media. The new CGI-animated adventure-comedy follows the adventures of a mischievous circus chimp named Ham (Samberg) who happens to be the grandson of the first primate ever sent into space. As a publicity stunt, Ham is chosen to lead a mission into space to explore a mysterious new planet. But when he and his crew crash land on the bizarre yet beautiful world and find their lives in peril, Ham must prove that he really does have "the right stuff". Fans of the film can expand their experience with the game, which will offer players a unique storyline that chronicles the quest of Ham and Luna (Hines) as they overcome the perils of an alien planet in search of Earth's lost Infinity Space Probe. Space Chimps will be available for Xbox 360, PS2, Wii and DS in August 2008.

NAMCO BANDAI Games and Deep Silver today revealed the first details regarding the new World Domination mode in Battle March, the Warhammer: Mark Of Chaos expansion, in development for PC and Xbox 360. World Domination is a multiplayer mode, played on a world map featuring the different races from the Warhammer universe. This game mode is only available via the Internet. Your mission goal is to fight, and conquer certain territories on a predefined world map. This mode features the armies of the Empire, High Elves, Hordes of Chaos, Skaven, Orcs & Goblins, and Dark Elves. The World Map shows how the territories are divided between the different participating races, and the current status of the groups in the course of the game. Mastiff today released the first details on the eaters from Major League Eating: The Game, a title to debut as exclusive on WiiWare, Nintendo's new downloadable game service for the Wii console. The game features the world's greatest gurgitory athletes competing across a variety of foods and venues. Major League Eating: The Game requires players to master a smorgasbord of offensive and defensive weapons including bites, burps, belches, mustard gas and jalape flames while cramming and chewing food at a world-class pace. Major League Eating: The Game uses the Wii Remote to simulate a variety of eating techniques including the cram, toss, and 'typewriter'. Press 'read more' for the first four eaters.
