JoWood Productions today announced that an official website for The Orb and The Oracle is now live with the latest screens (also uploaded in our gallery) and information about the next installment in the Dungeon Lords saga, which is set to be released next winter. The game features an advanced and robust combat system coupled with devastating magic spells for a variety of ways to vanquish your foes in real-time, as well as a multiplayer co-op game mode. The Orb and The Oracle will sell for 39.99USD.

Eversim today announced the release of Geo-Political Simulator for the PC, a game which offers a realistic simulation of the planet at all levels: politics, the economy, environment, the military, science, culture and religion. The game takes place in real time in 170 countries with all their data detailed for you. The game is now available as a digital download with the boxed version coming this September. System 3 today announced that Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli will be playable at the British International Motor show which starts tomorrow at the ExCeL centre in London. In Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli, 50 expertly-modelled Ferraris are available, along with the full complement of Ferrari Challenge series tracks, exquisitely balanced handling, lifelike opponent AI and the most comprehensive custom vinyl editor yet seen in a game. Ferrari Challenge is available for PlayStation 3 and Nintendo DS, with PlayStation 2 and Nintendo Wii release due later this summer.

Empire Interactive Fall 2008 Line-Up Unveiled

D3Publisher of Europe announced that Revenge of the Plague Lord, an expansion for Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords, will be released tomorrow on Xbox LIVE Arcade. The expansion pack includes four new hero professions, scores of new spells to cast and items to collect, challenging new quests, monsters, bosses and much more. Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords - Revenge of the Plague Lord will be available on Xbox LIVE marketplace for 700 Microsoft Points.

Gears of War 2 and Fable 2 Collector's Edition Details Revealed

Microsoft today announced that Collector's Editions of Gears of War 2 and Fable 2 will ship together with the regular versions. Fable 2 Collector's Edition ships with a bonus disc containing all Lionhead developer diaries, concept art viewer, music from soundtrack and a new behind the scenes making of video, a Hobbe collectible figure, 5 Fate cards and bonus in-game content. On the other hand, Gears of War 2 Collector's Edition comes with Beneath the Surface: An Inside Look at Gears of War 2, a 48-page hardbound book including character profiles, exclusive concept art, and foreword by Design Director Cliff Bleszinski, a bonus DVD including exclusive making-of-the-game video footage, design galleries with audio commentary by Epic Games and promotional videos including the E3 2008 trailer, a Dominic and Maria keepsake photo, steel DVD case and an exclusive Xbox LIVE code to unlock a gold-plated Lancer Assault Rifle for online play.

NBA Live 09 Dynamic DNA Intro Trailer

Electronic Arts has released a new trailer from NBA LIVE 09, showcasing this game which will be available on October 7 in North America, and on October 14 worldwide, for the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PS2 and PSP. The brain behind the game is powered by the premier analytics provider using NBA data for over 20 NBA teams, which evaluates Player DNA that breaks down how a player scores, Team DNA that rates how the players on the floor play as a unit and Tendencies that refer to the percentage a player drives left, right or shoots from each spot on the floor.
