Frogster Interactive today announced that the Runes of Magic open beta test will start on December 15th. Runes of Magic is a free-to-play MMO with over 600 quests embedded in an atmospheric world, six main classes, unique skills, impressive combo attacks and mounts in the later stages of the game. Players can choose from six main classes when starting into a new online career. According to individual preferences, they can select to play a warrior, ranger, cleric, knight, mage or a rogue. When a character reaches level 10, the player can select a secondary class, which augments the possible class combinations up to 30 individual combination types. SouthPeak Games today released new screenshots for Things On Wheels, an accessible, pure arcade racing title placing players at the helm of radio-controlled vehicles as they compete on tracks set within a gigantic house. November 2008 Biggest Xbox EU Sales Month Ever

Microsoft today announced that November 2008 was their biggest sales month in their six-year European history, with sales up 124% over last November. GfK-ChartTrack data shows that the console outsold PlayStation 3 across the entire region and in particular has seen significant gains in markets like France, Spain and Italy, where it has been outselling PlayStation 3 week after week. Xbox 360 has sold more than seven million consoles in Europe since its launch in November 2005 and was the fastest-growing console in Europe for the month of November, with sales up year-over-year 124% versus 43% for Wii and 3% for PlayStation 3.

Electronic Arts today announced that NASCAR Kart Racing, the first and only NASCAR game for the Nintendo Wii, will be released on February 10, 2009. We have a new set of screenshots from Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis, the sequel to Divine Divinity in the works at Larian Studios and due to ship in Q2 2009, for PC and Xbox 360. Suikoden: Tierkreis Release Confirmed and New Screens

Confirming its upcoming March launch, Konami has released lots of new screenshots from Suikoden: Tierkreis for the Nintendo DS, the latest installment in the Suikoden series which marks the franchise's debut on this platform. The game features the franchise's established gameplay, while maximizing the technological capabilities of the DS to provide a rich online community experience where players will be able to send their characters on quests that other members of the community will complete for them. Gala Networks Europe today released a trailer and new screens from Dragonica, a new MMO which puts the 3D side-scrolling action into an online format, being released in English, French and German languages via the European gPotato gaming portal during Q1 2009.
