The 18-certificated game that has tried so hard to give gaming culture is on the PC.While missions range from being a driver in a diamond heist to delivering drugs to a neighbouring gang, the game has been designed in such a way that fun can be had from just driving around the city. Steal a taxicab and you will be able to pick people up and earn money while doing it. Alternatively you can go and steal cars then sell them to one of the many scrap heaps around town.Stealing a car in front of the police, however, is not a good idea and will incite a chase, and with increased AI (Artificial Intelligence) over the first version, they will try everything to hunt you down. If this fails, and you evade the police, then the FBI in their black Transam--Men in Black style--will come out. If they fail to stop you, the streets are cleared and the National Guard are brought out--not a pretty sight.Although not the most beautiful game in the world, and one that certainly doesn't take advantage of the PC's power, this game is great for letting off some steam at the end of the day. Filled with little details, the game can give you hours of fun without actually playing the missions. --Stuart Miles
